 Far Cry 3

Far Cry, developed by Crytek, was released in 2004 and featured large areas rarely seen in FPS games. The publisher of the game, which was acclaimed for its tropical island visuals, Ubisoft, left the project along with the game's naming rights as a result of a disagreement with Crytek. Thus, Far Cry 2, which was released in 2008, was developed by Ubisoft, not Crytek. Perhaps the biggest drawback of the game, which took place on a 50 km2 African map, was that it had moved away from its tropical island identity. Another 4 years passed and we made a great return to the island with Far Cry 3!
